Advice on disclosing invisible disability to prospective employers (NYC)

Oh my god, no. That's not at all how I'm trying to present myself.

Look, I am scared shitless to bring this up AT ALL. I don't want to. I am afraid that someone will take it exactly the way you just did. Meanwhile my doctors are like, "You are fucking sick and your needs are valid here."

But yeah, if I'm coming off this way in text, then I need to change the verbiage, obviously.

I purposefully did not give you guys (on a public website) any specific details and kept it vague for kinda obvious reasons. If you think I need to be super specific with details with a prospective employer, I get that. Is that what you're saying?

I don't understand your comment about a throwaway account. I delete my comment/post history here usually and didn't provide any major details about my life/who I am. I also don't understand what you mean by "I'm not gonna tell anyone what is going on"--I thought the whole point of the post was to ask HOW to tell a prospective employer what's going on?
