As soon as I ship something out I update the tracking on the purchase page and send the person a little note saying the item was shipped and they can check the tracking on the purchase page. Since I stared doing this I feel like this issue has dropped off a lot and I sell a lot of stuff.

It has happened to me twice recently though and I say. “ I’m really sorry to hear this. The tracking says it was delivered on this date at this time. If you can’t find it you will have to call your local post office and report a missing package. They will investigate it. I would also talk to your mail person and neighbors.”

The first person never responded to me and the second found their package that night. Also as long as you have tracking saying it was delivered to the address that the person has on PayPal, PayPal will side with you.
