Advice on whether to reject NJP

So you have a weak excuse fort he second failure, want about the others? Were the hits actual hits, was there dust on the walls and dirt in the sink? You do understand that formal inspections are much more strict than regular weekly ones, right? Ive had to stand a few and seriously spent hours the night before getting everything ready.

I have also been where you are, I was sent to NJP for, in part, inspection failures. I was not busted down, that was suspended. I got 30 days CCU. Got back to my command, took the late advancement test and made 3rd. That really pisses off the CMC and CCC as well. They thought that since I missed it due to CCU I wasn't eligible. The CO is the one that allowed me to take it, in the CMC's office to boot. CMC had to work out of admin for a hour or so.

One of the things about NJP is that you can petition the presiding officer to remove it from your record after a time. If you were to look at my service record you won't find mine. The CO did his CO magic and it went away.
