ADVICE PLEASE.

According to Mayo Clinic, PMDD is a chronic condition that can last for years or be lifelong. Symptoms include extreme sadness, hopelessness, irritability, or anger, plus common PMS symptoms such as breast tenderness and bloating. This, I'm sure, must contribute to your trouble. Can't help you with this.

And yes, driving 3 minutes is something! Perhaps you can extend it to 3:30?

I really think going out and walking would benefit you more. You don't have that enclosure of being in a vehicle like you do at home. There's nothing between you and the next person but air. Count your steps and try to increase them one at a time. But only at your pace. There's no time table. But the sooner you can make progress, the sooner you can live your life. You need to remember that you're doing this for you.
