Advice Required

The big hurdle you'll have to face is authentication of the evidence you have on hand. I don't think any lawyer worth his salt will give you a "discount" just because you prepared your evidence on your own. As the lawyer's name will be attached your case, he will have to review everything, which means he spent time on it. There might also other issues that might crop up, such as the need for additional evidence. The lawyer needs to assess if you need a court order to examine a device. He will have to study where to file the case. And if the case reaches the court, appear in them.

I'm sure you are very confident about your airtight case but we don't know what will happen during the trial. You have to consult a lawyer.

There are also different modes of cybercrime fraud. You'll have to explain it in detail to your lawyer what exactly the fraud is and how it was committed to give you the imposable penalty.
