Aether Raids new tiers

What I actually wanted: More AR maps to build new themed puzzles for enemies.

What I got: New AR Difficulty.

Long response:

In all honesty if you hit AR T-27 or higher (present company), it would probably be more beneficial for the modes health to keep us there once we reach it, rather than our defenses or offenses effortlessly ruining the mode for players seeking to just remain in the 21 - 27 gap costing them max lift.

Contrary to belief from the wording in the above statement, personally, it’d make the mode more of a headache for me, but it would be a QoL for other players.

The main weeks that are hell for my enemies involve infantry flowers. The original cancerous torture that I throw out in my defense those weeks actually makes me feel bad as I know if they actually clear it, it’s 2-3 units down meaning less lift for them and no to little loss for me.

It’s a competitive mode, but I’d hate to see something with promise end up like arena where BST is king and progress becomes an after thought for most players.

  • TL;DR - Ultimately, I’ll hold judgment for later, and I get it’ll have to be ironed out after it’s debut, it just seems a bit broad for the maintenance of rank in the new tier.
