You are going through a traumatic experience right now. When someone hurts you, it destroys your self-image. Our self-image is created by our relationships to others. Who you fundamentally are on a psychological level has been assaulted. Find someone whom you can be honest with, and who will treat you with respect, and talk to them. If they won't be honest, it won't help. You need a relationship built on emotional sincerity. Find a therapist, or a friend, and begin to be able to trust again. I say this as a person with PTSD who hasn't made much progress in recovery. It hurts so much inside, all of the time. Maybe someday I can find someone I can have a sincere, respectful relationship with and learn to love again from them. Try a trauma support group, there are almost certainly some nearby you. A supportive group, therapist or friend is what you need right now.
