African American HR manager says she rejects resumes with "hood names". Twitter react accordingly.

The idea that black people cannot be racist to white people is so blatantly false and so based in guilt-based rhetoric that it's bordering on mental illness.

Have you considered that the answer is so simple, that quoting several dictionaries is all it takes?

Instead of constantly attempting to paint me like an uneducated child (I'm not the one ignoring history and pretending white people have never suffered discrimination or things such as slavery and oppression) it might be more productive to do some reading on your part. The fact that this is a conversation that people have is depressing. The definition of racism is simple. Again, if you want to talk institutionalized or systemic racism, those are different topics. The plain ol' act of being a racist fuckbag is not something anyone is immune to, regardless of how anyone feels.
