After 10 days in production I asked why the product isn't shipped yet and they are mentioning this...

I am at my wits with them. I requested an address change on an item 8 days ago. The item was already 11 late days Into production and the the buyer was mad an wanted to shipped to the recipient. They were just like ‘oh well’ I left them a bad review and now I have someone assigned to me directly and her reply is even more annoying than the bot reply. ‘It has been a miscommunication between us and Colorway. While I am not able to do much about the order in transit, I can help with a shipping cost refund for this order. Has this customer moved to a new location, or is it a different customer altogether? There are some USPS services for package routing, if it's the first. For the latter, maybe the customer can send it back to you or to default returns address for reshipment?’ ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
