It's easy to not keep up nofap if you're in it for the benefits - lots of people promise super powers that it just can't give you on its own. And of course, if you believe that but find you're not getting the benefits, you're going to lose your motivation.

These are not issues that simply not masturbating can address. People who tell you it's a magic fix are not doing you any favors.

That doesn't mean you should masturbate though. If you're going to commit to turning your life around and improving in these areas, it's going to take some serious hard work, and a strong commitment like nofap can absolutely play a big role in that. It's just not going to be a magic bullet on its own.
