No they just arent technically good enough. Unless Conte is asking them to park the bus, handicap all our attacking players and try to fluke games by defending for extending periods of time (against any good team facing WAVA AFTER WAVE of attack). We tried doing this under AVB then players got him sacked, then Mourinho came and his football kept these frauds around. Now we're trying to go down that same route, but Conte stupidly didnt realise how bad some of these players were (5 from yesterdays starting team maybe even 6) and now hes stuck with them until next summer. The best he can do is try and bring in Alonso and Luiz and at RB Ola Aina is an option who at least has technical ability. At RW we're fucked until next season, but Moses offers more than Willian. LW and ST we're fine. In midfield he needs to always play Oscar and then bench Matic/Fabregas accordingly. Thats the closest we can get to being able to play his way. And no dont say we should start parking the bus because that football is shit and doesnt work either, you saw what happened last year when we tried it but players like Hazard stopped single handedly carrying the team. A change in system has been long overdue and if Mourinho didnt come back these players would be playing in the europa league where they belong. We're finally laying the groundwork for how the team should play, but sadly its 3 years apart from when they first attempted it with AVB. At least Conte is trying to change the system instead of saying he'll park the bus and keep these players along. Im glad he is because hes exposed these frauds for what they are and according to reports they'll be binned this season - great news.
