After a bot finds Twitter’s financial results early, stock plunges 18%

Yes, that is goddamn correct. TESLA is not special and is also overvalued until it actual delivers numbers.

You can suggest examples all day that break fundamental rules, that I did not make up. You can attribute it to me all you want but it is only your ignorance and inexperience that leads you to do so. You can takes risks in companies like Twitter and Tesla all you want, but you are doing so at greater risk because it is outside conventional wisdom or guidelines. Guidelines derived to mitigate risk and analyze businesses.

There is also another big difference between Twitter and Tesla: a demonstrable product and business model. Twitter has yet to come up with anything convincing and or worthy of the potential of their user base. Just like Youtube before Google bought it and found a way to milk that cow. I am not saying that change won't happen or trying to predict any kind of future, I am just saying it is absolutely no shock if you knew basic business sense and paid attention to basic numbers and concepts. Twitter has been floating around getting investment after investment while we all wait to see what big thing they are supposed to come up with to make money and its no secret... its also no secret they have shown nothing to suggest what that is or that the idea even exists. As of now they are a company with a big user base and huge loses. Thats it, no matter how emotional you get about it and how much you want to hope for greener pastures in the future. I'm not even predicting, I don't know where you got that bug up you ass, I'm just recounting the fact that they have done nothing to capitalize on their opportunity and if you are investing in them it has nothing to do with numbers, but rather your emotion and hope for where Twitter may go... even though there is no evidence yet of what that may possibly be. 4 or so years and we are still waiting.
