After a long stretch of job rejections and ghostings, plus a couple months' break from applying anywhere, I've started completely from scratch with my resume. Will happily take any advice or constructive criticism you can offer.

I’m a recruiter who has worked the embedded software recruitment sector in the UK for 8 years.

Basic rule for everyone. USE GRAMMERLY. The amount of time that I spend correcting basic errors in CVs before sending them over is insane, I'm not complaining - it's my job, but I'm not personally representing everyone.

Concierge should just be job title and dates employed.

Add your educational institution.

Remember a CV in itself is never going to get you employed. It's a statement of what you think you know. State what you know, explain your knowledge in that sector and back it up with evidence, that could be a link to GitHub or a portfolio of home projects added as supporting evidence alongside the CV. It's much more powerful than a CV on it's own.
