The problem is I only know so much about the man. Like my sister saying he assaulted her during their relationship his drug and criminal record. The fact he said at the start I’d never take him away from family and the moment he got temp custody stopped allowing him to stay with anyone longer than a few hours. Now that he has full custody he constantly threatens our family that if we do court we’ll never see him again. We are doing court but he hasn’t been served yet and our lawyer believes we’ll be awarded visitation considering the backstory and history. Either way my question was simply can we ask them not to give a random women legal rights to him in case something like he starts doing drugs and ods or goes to jail for breaking his probation etc.
