I got through like 10 arcs and I distinctly remember getting kinda bored when Taylor fought Leviathan with a gun. I never got to the point where she build anything else because I felt like I was reading the worst manifestation of a generic Tinker possible. Literally just a girl running around with a shooty gun when the setting is based around controlling armies of drones.

I firmly believe that 90% of the criticism this story gets would disappear if she just built a drone with a taser or something instead of a gun. I don't need massive armies and giant robots, but I do need to see something at least tangibly related to the crossover and bringing over the completely forgettable and throwaway space princess is not it.
