After smoking a pack a day for years...I haven’t had a single cigarette in a month. Saving tons of money and I can breathe better already. A goal I never thought I would accomplish.

I smoked a pack or 2 packs a day for years, when I quit it astounded me how quickly my body changed. After decades of being out of breath, coughing as you wake up, being low on energy... then suddenly and so quickly being able to do simple things like walk up stairs or make love with out running out of steam so quickly was a revelation. Then things like your taste coming back, your sense of smell. Quitting smoking was the best decision of my life and starting was my worst. I tried to quit so many times and used all the tricks.. gum, patches wood cigs.. never worked. Then one day I scrunched up and threw my cigs in a trash bin and that was it. So bizarre. I still get the odd craving nearly a decade latter, like I walk past someone or the morning coffee is just right... but never enough to go buy and light up.

I'm so happy for you and as a new quitter you are about to be blown away at how quickly your body is going to change and how much your life is going to improve. Humans are creatures of habit and we get so used to something being normal we forget was normal actually is. You are about to learn that and I hope u hold onto it and use it to live a long, happy and healthy life.
