Please also understand IF doesn't work if you eat junk food in your eating window. Something nobody understands in my family. Stick to a low carb diet, no root veggies (potatoes). But you don't need to go full keto. I would highly recommend cutting soda and beer out of your diet, but this is the hardest sacrifice for most. You'll lose 20 pounds the minute you cut bread out of your diet.

How much do you exercise? If you can commit to a .6-1 mile walk/ run 2-3x per week it will accelerate the weight loss immensely. While IF day loss is 80% stronger when you're getting the endorphins running.

This obviously isn't easy, but you definitely can do it. I think you'll be amazed with your results.
