800+ DPS on these fights may be a bit unrealistic for most White Mages and Astrologians, but not for most Scholars.

Also averages are very unreliable:

• They only represent individual healer DPS, not combined healer DPS, which is really a better metric for comparison. A healer's DPS is dependent on how much healing they have to do and how much healing their partner is doing. It is not at all uncommon to see one healer carry the brunt of the healing while the other focuses on pushing DPS.
• They do not factor in additional healing as a result of poor execution (accidental deaths, taking unnecessary damage, using bad strategies). Every mistake costs MP and GCDs which could otherwise have been spent on dealing damage.
• They do factor in 0 DPS healers, and healers who only DPS under the safest conditions. The presence of such players skews the average DPS numbers for healers to appear lower than what can reasonably be expected of an average player who is actually trying to deal some damage.
