Ah yes all that doctors do is shame fat ppl

Honestly, whether you’re a doctor or not, not-so-subtle (to-your-face, direct) fatphobia doesn’t care what size you are. I’ve never been called fat, thankfully, but it’s not because I’ve never been overweight. I have been overweight, but I’ve never been called fat because I haven’t been around enough people lmao. People don’t get called fat to their face because they’re a certain size. They get called fat because they’re stuck in situations with people who are overwhelmed, project stuff, etc.

People even call thin people fat—it’s an issue of projecting, and immature grade-school-level bullying like that usually seems to mean a person has issues, if they are a grown-up.
