Neoliberal doesn't want to hear this but if nuclear is to become a thing in the United States it's going to be a government endeavor.

I personally would not assume what "neoliberal wants to hear" but I'd trust even less in what you assume "neoliberal want to hear." Personally, I find myself pleased with your proposition that if more nuclear power is in our future that it will be better regulated by the government.

Newsflash, it's capped at a low number and the government would basically have to legislate $500B+ if something went wrong somewhere.
