Ah yes. Making People hate stadia in new ways. Thanks Alex!

I don't know how my story will be percieved but I think the man might have a point for certain types of games.

A few years ago I did a small indie game in a game jam, nothing really deep but still fun to play for a couple hour. Something it the style of human fall flat, qwop or Get Over it.

I've put the game to download for free (with donations options) on itch.io.

The game went kinda viral on twitch and youtube with many major streamers and youtubers featuring it. Cumulative views of footage of my game was in the 100 million views on youtube and was in the top 15 on twitch for a whole weekend.

After some researches I can speculate that the footage of my game generated at least around $80k for the streaming and youtube ecosystem...

I got many downloads

...I got 70$ of donations...

I'm not saying I'm entitled by law to a part of thier profit... but I just wanted to bring up that it is not always big bad evil developpers trying to screw content creators. Sometimes it's just someone trying to get by and

maybe if you make 1000s of dollars on footage of a free game...maybe you should hit that donation button....
