air bnb host gets hostile (san diego)

"My family arrive yesterday to check in on November 1st, and sent some pictures to Anthony asking why certain things were dusty, why there’s popcorn on chairs, asking about the dirty linen on the sofa, and general questions. He came by to check in and was extremely rude saying that he spent a few hours cleaning the house and that the place is cheap and there’s a laundry machine so they can put the linen in their themselves. He said his name was Anthony and that the house was broken into the day before. My aunt was with my grandparents so didn’t feel comfortable with the situation and left it there. I arrived this morning with my cousin, and the first thing we realized was that one of the locks was undone, she locked all 4 locks before leaving and coming back one was unlocked. Additionally I asked about the bathroom tub and how check in was tha first day. I messaged him mentioning that it was unacceptable and asked a lot of questions. Eventually we decided that it’s not worth staying due to the trouble that we went through already, I called customer service and asked to cancel the stay mentioning the above and told my family to pack their stuff. As we were leaving we ran into someone, he said that his name is frank and that he’s the property manager and so I said great we’re talking to Airbnb, he got aggressive and started to yell slander at us and accused us for trespassing and to get off his property. He called us slanted eyes, and raised his voice. He got extremely close to my cousin and raised his arm at her, which is when I yelled are you really going to hit her?! She then began recording the situation, he then grabbed her phone so we got it back, as the Airbnb person wanted to talk to him, I said I can’t handle this right now you take care of it on your own end. He then grabbed my phone, where I yelled at him to never touch me again. And told my family to leave"
