I'm going to say hard no to those ideas. I have almost never seen bombers space climbing, even when 3-4 B-29s was common per match (The worst was usually Halifax pilots). If your team is smart they are going for the bombers almost immediately or they aren't diving to the deck immediately and retain some altitude to actually catch and kill the bombers.

The solution to that isn't to kick them out, it's to implement pressurization and then actually make extreme altitudes have an impact on your crew. The result will be that only a handful of planes will be able to space climb and they can be forced down by simply causing some damage to the fuselage to remove the pressurization. This will also have the effect of limiting space climbing fighters to those that could actually operate at those altitudes.
