Airbnb has banned white supremacists from using their services. Should companies be able to ban people from their services due to their beliefs? Does this extend to religious beliefs?

I think is a problem honestly. Will this include interview questions asking your political affiliation? I think that's an issue, but jobs that customer service issues have the right to "vet" their potential employees. I think it's a "Don't ask, don't tell thing." I disagree with this outright. I mean screw Neo Nazis, but are we policing brains and emotions now? Hey, you don't want a violent prior criminal to work in the back of a kitchen with a kitchen knife? That's fair. You don't want a Neo Nazi working in your "customer service" industry, that seems fair. But its the IDENTIFYING part that is the issue. Criminals are logged into accessible databases. What if you're a "recovering" Neo Nazi and you get a job then a year later an employee finds a picture of you online with these people doing Nazi salutes. Is that justification for termination? Its just a mess of an issue, but until constitutional rights are infringed I don't think you can say AirBnB CANT do it. I'm not a lawyer obviously, but I know they can't ask you certain questions and political ones I think right? They can't say "Did you vote for Trump?" and hire or not hire you because of that? If that's the case, that that action is legal, I think we need employee's rights reform to include political affiliation.

Here's my last mental tick: Is it legal to discriminate against those who discriminate? People can't help their color, their sex, as far as IM aware their sexuality, I mean these are all things you can't "choose." But you can "choose" to be a Neo Nazi. This is much different than a left or right issue. And the BLM is that classified as a hate group? Because that IS a little different than being a Nazi I mean come on lets give credit where credit is due appropriately. I don't know OF many left wing hate groups, but I'm SURE they exist.

I figured it out: a morality clause is legal, and you could stipulate certain behaviors that may align with "political violence" or "political hatred," if you SIGN on the dotted line and then they SEE you at a KKK rally, I think its within their rights to terminate you. I think that's fair and the process is able to be appealed. Just SAYING no Nazis...I don't think we wanna go down that road, but saying "no douchebaggery that is defined thusly:.." is probably OK.
