AITA for asking my daughter if she is sure about being a lesbian?

Yes but no one really knows who they are when they're that young. I knew I, as a cisgender female, liked boys and girls and went to an art school so I knew the term bisexuality. So I figured "That applies to me", but as I got older I realized I had a very real preference for women. And I only even wanted to date girls, since elementary school. Then in high school I met my, now, husband and I know I would never marry anyone else. I identify as bisexual because I'm married to a man and have preference towards women, but that can change at any point. I don't think you can choose who you are or what you like, but, you don't have to decide you're a lesbian at 15. She could end up lesbian, but also bisexual, pansexual, queer, or even decide later that she's just fluid in her sexuality. I definitely know she isn't straight though lol
