AITA for being mad at my husband for telling our son not to listen to women??

NAH, while the advice you give may be insightful, a 15 year old girl and a mother have very different perspectives and advice from adults isn't always applicable. I don't think the dad is saying not to respect women or anything, just that sometimes boys get mixed signals from girls and as soon as you say hi to her your whole plan changes and you have to just read the moment.

Not saying you did anything wrong, its always good to be supportive but way at the end of the spectrum, I would wager that guys who have mothers going overboard with advice, you will find someone who likes you, just be yourself and its her loss etc end up breeding r/niceguys instead of actual good guys. There has to be some balance of positivity and realistic expectations.
