I work as a brand ambassador and companies pull this shot all the time. I don't work tobacco events because my father has infezema and my father in law died from lung cancer. I would still draw the line working on premise tobacco events at bars if I didn't have qualms promoting it. I've had friends work these events with required mini skirts and heels and dealt with people putting hands up their skirt at the bar. I quit a job once when the shorts they handed me seemed to show enough ass they might as well been a thong (don't remember the company but it was something mundane like gum). I worked a show on the water once where half the companies just had women with their ass branded in a bikini taking photos with drunk guys their whole shift. Or see posts for hiring gir!s where they're basically painting the "uniform" on for an event. I've managed and hired has for events, too. Some of the photos submitted I was like hubbub this is for an insurance company / cable company why are you in your underwear? But a lot of jobs require submitting "body shots" which have led to girls submitting these kind of pictures by default.
