i will say tho, i don't think her opinion itself is a sign of insecurity. sounds like you guys were just sharing your opinions and she couldn't stand you having a different one. its actually the fact that she feels you were trying to insult her or say something about her body that makes me believe she probably is insecure. i.e. i personally am really not into fake tits or any sort of obvious kind of plastic surgery. i do find it unattractive and i don't think that has to always be a "mean" thing to say, depending on the context and the actual language used, but it would be insecure to read into someone who is simply (and politely) disagreeing.
