I know this didn’t happen during lockdowns otherwise clubs and bars wouldn’t be open. I know her mom was against the abortion since I specifically mentioned it. I don’t know her mother so I can’t assume she would have told OP’s friends regardless. And I’m not blaming OP for her family’s reaction. Hell, I’m not even saying she shouldn’t have drank during her short pregnancy.

I’m saying that she could have avoided this by postponing her birthday celebration until after taking care of business. Then mom and co. wouldn’t have spilled the beans on her social media. It’s no fault of her own that they reacted the way they did but she could have taken steps that would have resulted in a lot less pain and frustration
