AITA for getting my husband kicked out of the delivery room?

I agree, half of the part in conceiving and creating that child was 50% the dad and 50% the mom, so I 100% believe the dad should have witnessed it. Just because a women has to carry the baby, which when a couple decides to have a baby they realize what is to come and how much work it is, they both decide at the point that they are 50/50 in the work and development of that child, and in today's world it seems like a lot of people justify leaving the dad out of the equation a lot because of the 9 months a mother has to carry the baby, well what they forget to mention is the months on end where the mother is not working (perhaps on maternity leave) the dad is probably still working like normal, and when the mother gets further into the pregnancy the dad will probably have to end up taking care of her and taking over most of the chores and still working, so I'd say that it's pretty even since child birth is rough and carrying a child is rough the dads job throughout the process is also rough. The only exception to a dad being left out of their kids life or even childbirth for that matter, is if he is completely incapable of being a decent human and will not treat the child well.
