AITA for having a treehouse removed from my property?

I think this guy is not in good terms with his kids and doesn't have a good bond with them(since he got angry so easy he might have issues) and for once he poured his heart into something that would make his kids happy he spent days working on it himself and spent money on furniture it's just that he didn't know it was not his property you could have done it better just because there is fire it doesnt mean you have to fight it with fire too you could have done something to make him feel better just because it's legal to act like an a-hole doesn't mean when you do that you aren't the a-hole YTA and you said that he was embarrassed when he was proven wrong so he really thought it was his and was not trying to do something knowing he was the wrong one there
