I know it's a minor detail but I'm kinda enamored with this part:

Does the OP think that the son would have entered the room, caught COVID immediately (that his wife is completely immune to), gotten tested days before he'd show any symptoms because people in hospitals have to get tested every hour or something, and then immediately put in quarantine, all before the kids are born?

Like, the entire post is a bag full of crazy, but that stands out to me as a sign that the OP just really isn't that good at processing information.
