AITA for leaving the call when my brother announced that his gf is pregnant?

NTA. Similar thing happened in our family but it was between aunts. The one at fault eventually became the black sheep and was ostracized a bit.. i grew up with their daughter and we were best cousins back then, eventually everything settled and we moved on. However that aunt forever became jaded and assumed we always were looking down on her. Her husband eventually died, no one really cared. And things went back to normalish.. aunt is forever copping an attitude over anything thinking its bottled hate for her or something? Talking to her is like walking around eggshells of not upsetting her over random shit lol.

As for my older aunt/victim? She remarried and continued to love her children and really just continued to live a happy life. Became a successful seamstress and married a very well respected man. As for my younger aunt/perp she was miserable having a child with that dude because he was an asshole and lived her whole life knowing that under a veil of guilt/being a bitch. You will be happy with your son and hopefully a better partner in the future while your brother realize the extent of his actions. Not to say its the same scenario but I hope the best for you man.
