AITA for not allowing my daughter go to her sisters wedding because of her emo outfit

Yes, like I highly doubt the dad would just be okay with the slit, if it was as short as she says. Also, unless the bride told every guest no boots, dark make-up, or skull necklaces, I'm not sure the big deal. If it was my kid, she would put on some black shorts, or peddle pants, and get her butt in the car. Since many high fashioned celebrities have worn similar outfits and boots actually make appearances on red carpets and fashion shows, it's really not surprising the trend it has created! I mean Wednesday Adams..... Hello.... I don't think anything but the slit may be too much (and I have options for that) and definitely not enough to take the "attention" off the bride. Her sister not being there would probably be more attention grabbing to me, than the kid coming in dressed like an angst-y teen!
