ESH. I agree that a conversation doesn’t need to be had with him regarding his sexual orientation but if you haven’t talked with him about porn you should. Porn and in-person sex are usually very different things with so many different implications that a young person should be talked about, gay or straight. You and your wife should also attempt to have better conversations about disagreements. The only reason I think you’re an asshole is because you can’t just tell a mother not to talk to her son. I get why you’re upset, just compromise. If she still wants to talk with him, talk with him together and make sure if you feel it’s going an unhealthy or unproductive way you can help steer the conversation.
