Your GF sounds like an insufferable handful, but you could've at least given her a heads up on where and where not to stand since these shows are unfamiliar territory to her. However, I do not think you're TA for not stopping your set. I'm a metalhead, been to hundreds of death and black metal shows, most get rowdy as fuck and I've witnessed many injuries including a girl getting carried out by security with what I'm assuming was a broken ankle, hell I've been knocked over numerous times and even ended up with a black eye from catching an elbow by accident. Not once did any band ever stop playing or even address the crowd, they just kept on playing. My judgement is ESH though her more than you for her shitty attitude.
