What do you mean? I'm not salty about anyone's accomplishments.

I'm talking about the fact that my mom tries to constantly brag about MY accomplishments, something I don't typically like talking about. To be honest, I don't give two shots about being smart. But my mom seems to make a huge deal out of it just like the rest of the people in my family. And I'm just starting the fact that I hate when they brag about me, because it makes me very uncomfortable.

I don't know about you, but I want to be able to have a normal conversation about my favourite food without my mom jumping in and all I hear is "He's really smart." Like yeah mom, I get it, I'm sure this person gets it. Can I please finish talking about FOOD?
