Because I'm getting a lot of comments that don't seem to get the entire picture because I apparently left out a lot of information I didn't realize was important. The consensus is just space heaters are bad because it costs a lot of electricity and is a hazard which can be said about using it in any house.

The information I should have included was that: I already had a conversation with the main couple upon move in that they do not mind if I have one even going so far as to take out the second fridge to accommodate, the lights flicker regardless often when the washing machines are going, and the heater is not on unless I am home.

I'm mainly talking about the second couple (their utilities are also combined into their rent which is the same as mine despite being a couple) who claims my heater causes their room lights to flicker. I'm specifically asking if I'd be the asshole to just keep using the heater despite their claims that it causes flickering (which I highly doubt).
