AITA for not wanting to house my pregnant sister anymore?

And that shows just how premeditated this whole thing was.

The average pair of kids shoes from Walmart or something isn’t going to fetch you more than $5 reselling on marketplace or whatever re-sale app. It wouldn’t be worth the effort for the risk of getting caught.

If she specifically stole these shoes, I guarantee she saw they were an expensive brand that she could make decent money on. So it wasn’t spur of the moment, she probably googled what they were worth before taking them.

Same thing she did to the adults: she didn’t grab the whole jewelry box, she carefully took a pair of earrings and a watch because she knew the value and that she could turn them around quickly.

If it was just stealing a $20 here or there I could see that maybe she was desperate to pay back something urgent and specific. But stealing carefully chosen items over time reeks of a habitual thief with no shame.
