AITA for punishing my daughter for refusing to wear her hijab because it disrespects my boyfriend’s newfound faith?

YTA. First of all, you're living with a "religious man" you're not married to. So obviously he isn't really following his religion strictly. He only follows the parts that try to control women. Secondly your teaching your daughter that you care more about your boyfriend than your daughter. Your daughters needs and wants should come first. Any good mother would know and understand that. Choosing a man over your child is not good mothering. Finally, forcing toxic religious rules on your daughter when she doesn't agree or believe, when you're clearly breaking a very big rule (living in sin), means you're a huge hypocrite and therefore an asshole.
