AITA for refusing to eat my girlfriends cooking any longer?

I'm going to soft-ball a YTA here. Yes, she doesn't get the message but being a good cook takes years, especially when self taught. I get you don't like her food, but keep pressing to help her. Plus it sounds like lately you haven't given her a chance to improve.

Different people have different pallets too, so maybe start recommending things for her to cook? My girlfriend had to be super patient with me when I first started learning, two years later I can actually make food we both enjoy.

You can make something out of this. Recommend cooking lessons together, try finding new recipes you both want to try and if her family become a problem have dinners with them where possible so they can help chime in.

I wanted to say NTA but you're Not Not the AH, if that makes sense? There is room to work with this, and while you make it sound like you've done alot it sounds like you've said alot but not actually DONE alot.
