AITA for refusing to state my gender and pronouns at work?

For people who are comfortable with their gender identity it is one word. For people who are questioning and/or uncomfortable it is forcing them to make announcements before they may be ready. If someone isn't sure yet they should not have to declare themselves with a minutes notice to a group of strangers they will be working with, having no idea how those relationships may develop. I'm clear I wont be developing relationships of any depth with students - but someone shouldn't, in my opinion, be forced to define themselves within minutes of meeting new people. Also, many young people may not want their gender to be a point of interest in such a situation.
