I don’t really get a lot of the responses on this thread. In my “circle” (on Instagram especially) it seems be more and more prominent for people to ask for less physical toys/presents and instead ask for experiences. What do people think that means lol. When my child is like 5+ I’ll let her decide what she wants to do with it. Zoo membership, a fun class, shopping...but for now I’ve used it on family trips and gymnastics for her. No she won’t remember. But I also don’t remember the hundreds of toys my family spent money on for me at age 2 nor do I really remember the trips we took even when I was 9. Still appreciate it all though and love the photos.
