AITA for telling a friends gf that she’s not a doctor and that presenting herself as one is misleading?

My husband is a physician and this is a rampant problem with NPs, PAs, etc. And people can claim it’s elitist all they want, but as someone who watched my partner go through TWELVE YEARS of intensive training, while also contributing to the higher education of future healthcare workers (of all stripes), there is absolutely a difference in training, skills, and knowledge. End of story. There is a hierarchy in healthcare for a reason and it is literally to save lives.

My husband has had to insist a PA step away from a patient because they cockily thought they could do a procedure they’d NEVER DONE BEFORE and he still struggled to do without regular practice after five years as an attending.
