An example: My wife was insecure about her thighs the most. During our “private” time i’d focus a lot on that area and tell her how awesome her thighs look in X clothes etc. I genuinely like how her thighs look so every time she used to complain about them id be honest about it.

Don’t ever lie about it to her and show her if possible, that she is not alone. If she is gaining weight i tell her about it and not because i am losing attraction, that never happens, she can become a cow for all i care seeing her face is all i need to just go crazy ! i tell her so she wouldn’t hit a point where she starts hating herself so i ask her to stop and i join in with her on the diet plan she decides to go with.

I bring my insecurities that she likes like my dadbod belly that i have sadly acquired this year and tell her that i’ll work on losing it and to my surprise i get slapped for saying that and a snuggle on my belly so i snuggle her thighs back and that message is enough to help her remember how much i like whatever she feels are insecurities to her.

When that level of honesty and trust is established me or her saying that X looks hot doesn’t phase us not one bit.
