Final update. I did go over to L's house because her husband was off on his annual fishing trip and she really wanted to go out for steak, so I made a reservation online and let the restaurant know that I'm immune compromised so I could get a little extra social distancing. It turns out that the restaurant was closed, which I still don't understand why they accepted the reservation. We ultimately ended up ordering from a diner and going back to her house and watching a movie. Now I think she's the A-Hole because this was the saddest movie that had me bawling like a baby (something called "Five Feet Apart"). Anyway, THANK YOU for the replies! <3
