AITA for telling my boyfriend to bring back any type of pizza and getting mad he brought home pepperoni

Wtf? I said he should've asked her what was ok, not that he should have known exactly what is and isn't kosher/ok for her to eat. That is literally the opposite of contradicting myself. Although OP says he knew she didn't eat pork, so he should've known about the peperoni. Also when did I say he was an asshole? You're putting words in my post that I never said.

"Any type of pizza doesn't mean any type of pizza because she's kosher" and "there are different levels of kosher" aren't mutually-exclusive, they're literally both correct and happen at the same time. There is nothing contradictory here.
The point is he knew she has some restrictions, OP thought he would know about the peperoni, he didn't ask and brought it, hence conflict resulted.

Also to your last point, I personally think the fact that he exploded at her was worse than brining the peperoni pizza, so his reaction rather than the fact that he didn't think about her being Kosher.
