AITA for telling my boyfriend no no chance when he asked to go to canada you go for the winter?

NTA but, you should give it a try. The key is warm, warm, clothes and layers. Look into ski clothes- I am talking about high tech socks, long underwear, and good mid and top layers. As well as a coat, hat, gloves, scarf, warm, warm insulated boots etc. The clothes matter a lot. There are also jackets, vests, gloves etc that have battery operated warmers built in (or just get a bunch of disposable hand and foot warmers). Talk to your OH about the types of clothing his family buys in Canada. The other important thing is to keep moving when in the cold. You are definitely not acclimated but you will adjust quickly and wow when you get home, you will also be wearing short sleeves in 50 degree weather!
