AITA for telling my daughter that I dont have time to talk about boys?

Hey mom. I don’t want to cast judgement but sometimes when kids aren’t getting the love/attention/support they need, they’ll look for other ways to get it. Kids who are needing in those ways will often grow up looking for fulfillment in outside relationships and often wind up in abusive situations because they’re clinging onto that little bit of love/attention their partner is giving them, even if it’s not a healthy relationship to be in. Ultimately you’re the parent and are in control but if problems persist and things aren’t going in the direction you want, therapy or some type of support/counseling would be the best option to help your family. Best of luck to you.
