AITA for wanting a dog I bought?

Read my previous comment, you are stereotyping me. This wasn't ever a last minute decision. I didn't want the dog because it was cute and cuddly. I respond because people don't seem to grasp the situation. If I'd taken her like she was earlier her pica probably would have killed her at some point. She will eat ANYTHING, the vet pulled rocks, straw, pinecone bits, paper, pieces of towel out of her bowels. It's not a hormone/thyroid problem. Explain to me how to keep a dog like that. With resources from many people it's doable. It's like keeping a schizophrenic child as a single parent. Explain to me why that is the better alternative? Refute my point.
